Shipping policy

All items from Off Grid Outfitters are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. This means your item is printed and prepared especially for you before it ships.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes:

3–7 business days within the United States
International shipping times vary by location

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days as carriers sometimes experience slowdowns.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you.
